Dr.Sidharth Kaul Visiting the Ramsar Site to have a deep look on the Pollution on Ashtamudi lake along with us. Dr. Kaul was patient enough to hear our issues in the boat.
After that we had a chance to address a public gathering in Collectors chamber where we narrated all issues on the waste dumping and also on the proposed sewage treatment plant.
District Judge visiting the site- Hon District judge is appointed to give final report on the waste dumping by Hon'High court.
ADB's Visit- visit was to access the ground level condition of the lake. Based on the accesment, the team will decide on whether to allow sewage treatment plant in kureepuzha.
